2. Submit a ticket. If you are unable to find a solution article for your issue, you can submit a ticket for:
- Hardware and Software requests/issues
- Office 365 Issues
- Phone system issues
- Login and account issues
When submitting your ticket, make sure you include the following information:
- The room the issue is in.
- Which workstation the issue is on.
- Details of the issue, including any error messages that may have occurred.
3. If you have a site-specific issue, such as computer lab computers, projectors or apple TV. You can contact your on-site IT specialist at the IT office for TVs or audio equipment.
